Patented ball jointed body, made of steel and brass, completely poseable thanks to its finely turned metal balls and sockets with removable composition hands and shoed feet. Flesh colored bald head with molded and painted facial features, intaglio eyes, smiling open/closed mouth with full lips, black molded hair over ears and mustache. He is dressed in his complete factory original felt clothing consisting of a fuchsia sweater, black trousers, beige belt, light blue scarf, black molded shoes. By Bucherer & Cie, circa 1920's. This example is all original and complete with no visible moth holes in near mint to mint overall condition. The Bucherer patented metal ball-jointed dolls, also known as SABA, were produced in.
