It has a balance wheel and an electronic circuit that operates it, so it uses a battery as well as being mechanical- 344/350 (we just put a brand new one in). This watch also has the ability to hack the sweep seconds hand so you can set to exact time or synchronize with other watches. Ast serviced in 8/2000 and has been in a climate controlled collection in storage ever since.

Multi II Star Electronic is written on the original dial that is in super excellent condition. The case is polished stainless steel. The back says "all stainless steel water resistant". Watch measures 38mm from 3 to 9 and 43.8mm from lug to lug. This watch also has a stainless steel bracelet that says Seiko which is in very good condition.
