It has a rotating disk which reflects some light on the side and on the top through imbedded crystals. It does work, but I didn't check for accuracy. On the other side is a portrait of a beautiful lady adorned with faux pearls and metal filigree work.

The watch is 1 1/4 in diameter. The gold tone chain is 24 long.
