Rare Vintage Fargo By Fortis Mechanical Swiss Men's Or Women's Dress Watch

Can't find much information about this watch. Seems to be a rare piece. The inner caseback says Fortis, and the dial says Fargo, but I can't find another example with both names. The name Fargo is also associated with Elgin, but as far as I can tell only pocket watches. It's probably a bit small for most men these days, but was likely intended as a men's watch.

Would look great on a lady's wrist also. Unsure on date of last service, but movement looks very clean.
