RARE VINTAGE Imhof Bucherer Brass 8-Day Memovox Alarm Clock Swiss Made

Carriage style RARE VINTAGE Imhof Bucherer Brass 8-Day 7 Jewel Memovox Alarm Clock. This Carriage style, high-grade gilt brass desk clock is Swiss made with Mechanical clock movement. This is a "Memovox" design alarm clock (one key to wind the mainspring for both alarm and the clock). A very special Swiss made complex clockwork mechanical design.

How it would work: w. Hen setting the alarm, switch the alarm ON/OFF switch to OFF. Dial the alarm setting dial to the time you want the alarm to go on. Switch the ON/OFF to ON.

The back is stamped "SWISS" with the numbers 1651569. The bottom is also stamped "SWISS" with the numbers 10 685. This was a wedding present for friends who just celebrated their 50th anniversary. The clock is in lovely condition aesthetically - only 2 miniscule 1/16 nicks on the top panel.

Missing one of the bottom button feet. The hour & second dials work & the hands move with ease, however, the clock itself does not work. Always happy to answer questions, thanks for looking!
