Watch is running well, functions work. When crown is pulled hands set well. Date snaps nicely when it should, chronograph works and resets nicely. And Watch winds smoothly and seems to been keeping decent time!
Watch case is 41mm without the crown, and has 22mm lugs! So a good vintage size!
These movements are a little odd, so the Chrono starts and stops with the bottom, and resets with the top. They dont have a function of starting, stoping, starting stopping over and over. Once you do it once you have to reset it. The case is made of a resin plastic, and is a front loader. All the lume matches the hands, and actually still glows pretty bright! Only real wear on it, it looks like the orange small sweater hand on the subdial has a little wear, but its not awful. Also comes on a leather nato strap. Overall, its a super funky, 1970s yachting watch! I dont have to tell you the market is STRONG for yachting watches, and if you collect them you know this one is kinda rare. It pops up here and there but not often! Again, this one was serviced in the last couple of years, so you should get plenty of wear out of it!The item "Vintage Yachting Chronograph 17 Jewels Swiss Made EB 8420-74 Rare Serviced" is in sale since Tuesday, July 7, 2020.
